Buying and selling a house is stressful enough, but we had to sell both our house, and our parents house and somehow find a house with an in-law suite that we would all be happy with. I didn't think it could be done. Michelle was so patient and took all of our concerns into consideration and found us a house that we thought was impossible to find. She also sold our house in 6 days!!! For a LOT more then we thought we'd get for it. Michelle really does her research and listens. Instead of pushing houses onto us, she let us tell her what we wanted and she only showed us houses that fit our criteria. I've never felt so taken care of by a real estate agent. Thank you Michelle. We were in no way prepared to buy a property or sell our existing one, when we stumbled upon the perfect house for us a couple of blocks away. We called my sister, and somehow, she made it all happen. On the new house, she secured us an accepted offer conditional on the sale of our existing home. Then she had to sell our house… quick!
